  To create an account, simply visit our registration form, provide your customer details and truck information, and gain instant access to book your parking space

• How to book a parking spot?

  To book a parking spot, please register a customer account. Choose a convenient parking lot, select the desired parking space size, and specify the booking duration. Proceed to the checkout form, where you can make payment using your preferred payment method. Once completed, your parking space booking will be available instantly in your bookings section.

• Available booking durations

  You can use available flexible booking options for parking spaces with varying time intervals. Hourly rent with a minimum duration of just one hour. If you require parking for an extended period, take advantage of our monthly booking option, ideal for stays of one month or longer. Additionally, we offer long-term booking solutions, allowing you to rent one or more parking spaces and conveniently pay on a monthly basis

• What payment options are available?

  TruxSpot accepts payments from all major US banks, allowing you to conveniently pay with your bank card. Additionally, for long-term bookings, we also offer the option to make payments through ACH payment transactions, including bank debits

• How to cancel the booking?

  We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Hourly/Daily Bookings: You may cancel up to the start time of your booking for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.
  • Monthly Bookings: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees. After the booking has started, you can initiate a cancellation request. The parking manager will review your request and respond within 3 days.
